I am passionate about creating digital products that work, are aesthetic, and meet user expectations. I have a background in visual communication and web design and strength in strategic problem solving. After writing my master's thesis on UX design I realized that a career in UX was the perfect way to merge my creativity, problem-solving skills, and desire for helping others.
Hockey
I have been a hockey fan my whole life and started playing 8 years ago. Of all of the sports I have played over the years hockey is by far my favorite! I love skating and learning how to play the game.
Crafts
I have always been a creative person. I enjoy scrapbooking (the traditional paper and photo kind) and more recently took up sewing/quilting.
Reading
As the daughter of a school librarian, I developed a passion for reading at a young age. I enjoy spending time curled up on the couch immersing myself in a good mystery or fantasy.
Travel
Traveling is another favorite of mine. I have explored many states and countries. Some of my favorites were Hawaii, Barcelona, Southern France, Israel, Berlin, and Ireland.
